Ascensore guasto, 20 minuti di attesa èer l'unico funzionante, struttura di 24 piani
Colazione chiamata "GREAT AMERICAN GRILL" e di caldo e preparato al momento non aveva nulla. Cucina chiusa.
Stanza pagata all'arrivo (con colazione) e soldi (pari al 20% dell'importo complessivo già pagato) caricati dopo tre giorni, fatta notare la strana ed immotivata transazione (riscontrata sulla carta di credito) si sono semplicemente scusati dicendo che al check out avrebbero restituito la somma (sulla fiducia!, visto che tutta viaggia con i tempi delle banche e dei circuiti delle carte di credito).

La habitación es grande y cómoda, la cama es uy buena. Estuve en un piso 11 y no se oía mucho ruido externo así que se puede descansar muy bien. También pudimos trabajar desde el cuarto en el escritorio. La ubicación es estratégica también, tiene muy buenos accesos al subte y a las avenidas principales. Muchos restaurantes de todo tipo alrededor.
Es un hotel con más de 20 pisos y no funcionaba 1 de los 2 ascensores lo que generaba filas y demoras. El desayuno es fatal. No tiene opción de nada caliente, ni huevos ni nada. Todos los días las mismas opciones que se reduce a baggels y DULCE. No hay nada saludable, no hay nada que no esté lleno de azúcar.

Quiet room and very clean with a big window and nice view. Blooming flowers all around near this flower district located hotel. Close to Penn Station and many walkable area attractions like: The Morgan Library, Flatiron etc.

The windows are not isolated at all. You can feel the airflow. To achieve a comfortable room temperature the heater needs to run and the air gets very dry. The rooms are also quite noisy, I thought the police car is in my room.
The breakfast choices could be better. To me the price-performance is not good but might be normal for NY.

Un petit soucis d’ascenseur ( 1 sur 2 hs) : pas mal d’attente mais résolu en toute fin de séjour.
Pour le petit dej il manquait (à mon avis) du bacon grillé, des œufs brouillés typique des USA..

L hôtel est très bien situé dans NewYork,le personnel est agréable et disponible. La chambre était propre,bien équipée avec une belle vue sur la ville(21eme étage). Les lits étaient confortables.
Il y avait un large choix au petit déjeuner.
Un ascenseur était en panne et la vaisselle du petit déjeuner était en carton jetable.

The hotel is located conveniently near a subway stop. There are many eating options nearby and multiple shopping options north and south of the hotel. The room sizes are great considering you are in New York City.
The number of lifts seems low considering the number of hotel rooms, but we didn't have what I'd call an excessive wait for a lift. We arrived after check-in time and the rooms were not ready. One more chair in our room would have allowed both guests staying in a King room to sit at the desk and eat.

Breakfast was good and staff was friendly and helpful
I would add a kettle and a mug, tea, plate and some cutlery for a cup of tea when getting to hotel at the end of the day or evening.

Hôtel très bien situé dans Manhattan, proche de plusieurs stations de métro. Personnel accueillant et bienveillant. Chambres un peu vieillottes mais au calme et propres, avec des équipements utiles (micro onde / frigo / machine à café). Les gaufres du petit déj ;-)
Buffet chaud du petit déj fermé toute la durée du séjour. Système de chauffage pas tjs facile à régler.

C'est un détail mais le personnel donnait des bouteilles d'eau à des clients. Nous en avons demandé et on nous a répondu non car on a réservé via booking... ce n'est pas terrible comme façon d'accueillir.
Hôtel un peu vieillissant. Ascenseur vieux, baignoire abîmée.. pour le prix c'est franchement moyen

Room was cleaned well daily, a good size, amenities were ok - more shelves or drawers would have been good. Bed was comfortable, shower was good.
The walls were a little thin but overall soundproofing was good, especially for noisy NYC!

Rooms were extremely clean with all necessary amenities (TV, A/C, refrigerator and microwave). Although I was very comfortable, the area not so great but still extremely satisfying and safe. The rooms and facility a bit outdated due to age but extremely clean and well cared for. The Hilton associates are extremely welcoming, caring, and go beyond to ensure your stay is excellent. Because of this, I will definitely return. A BIG SHOUT OUT to Associates Kim, John Marie, and Makahal. Thank you for making me feel so welcomed...you made my stay worth every penny and time.
No fault of the Hilton, but I did not like the fact there was not a full functional restaurant with hot meals and none nearby. Cold continental breakfast only.

The location was perfect. Close to Herald Square, Time Square as well as trains, which made it easy to get around the city. I was also able to get in my room early.

The Hotel is located right near subway stations and walk distance of the Times Square. And a lot of amenities nearby.
The fact of having an ice machine right at my bedroom door. For me, as a European, just doesn't make sense because in the middle of the night the cooler starts working, and it wakes you up.. But ok, I get it if this is a local habit.
You can hear some noise on the streets, but yeah...it's NYC.

Café da manhã excelente, com várias opções de pastries, frutas e máquina de waffles. Pelo que eu entendi, a legislação atualmente não permite pratos quentes no café, por isso não havia ovos mexidos e afins. De qualquer maneira, os funcionários foram muito gentis o tempo todo - tanto no café da manhã quanto na limpeza do quarto e comodidades. A localização é boa e o quarto é espaçoso para os padrões de Nova Iorque. O microondas dentro do quarto salvou a minha vida em vários momentos, perfeito!!
O booking fez uma estimativa bem otimista do dólar para o pagamento da minha estadia, então acabou saindo um pouco mais do que eu havia planejado. Nada que tenha atrapalhado a experiência, mas apenas um ponto que fica para os viajantes quando forem se programar.

Good bedroom, spacious, comfortable bed. Very clean with good housekeeping service during our stay. Location is very convenient to explore Manhattan.

Not a very appealing entry and reception area…needs a lot of sprucing up. Dark and scary. Scaffolding and hidden from street. Room was fine but security lock was broken and lighting in room was poor. Fortunately was given a room on higher level. Could hear visitors above me walking about. Also, had no security storage safe in room.
