Location, helpful and friendly staff, comfortable bed.
As others have said, the hotel is tired and due a refurb. However it is comfortable and good value. Strange to have breakfast included in the price but to still be expected to tip on what the value of the breakfast would have been if paying. I feel for the staff, they are very helpful and if the hotel is giving included breakfast the tips should be covered so the staff don’t loose out.

No restaurant open after 11am frankly ridiculous for a Hilton hotel for no in room dining

Location- easy walk to subway, cafes and groceries.
Run down, shower was scalding hot or cold, room bit cramped.
