All of the staff we encountered were very accomodating. The location cannot be beat, especially at the price. The parking was easy to navigate, which is definitely hard to come by in the city! Our bed was incredibly comfortable.
This is a tall building, so the elevator availability was difficult sometimes. I wish the room would have had a mini fridge.

Very convenient for the subway, which is especially helpful for the places you’ve been visiting in Queens and Brooklyn.
Rooms are generally comfortable, but some guests say they are small and street noise can be an issue.
