The location was excellent. Day staff when we checked in were amazing. They made us feel very welcome. The two ladies when we were checking out were excellent too, they would make you want to come back.
The night staff weren't so friendly. We felt rushed to our rooms to get us out of their way.
The girl giving out the tea's and coffee was on the border line of being rude. She also made us feel unwelcome.

Great location.
The room we had was quite small, but clean. There was also a wedding reception or some sort of party in the lobby on one of the evenings and it made it very hard to get in and out. Nothing horrible, just a little crazy.

The location was very central which is what we wanted so that was perfect.
I didn’t really like all the text messages. I prefer to be able to speak with someone at the hotel directly and it was hard to get someone on the phone prior to check-in.
