Loved the location and friendly staff. We were checking it out for my sons wedding next year as we are booking a block of rooms.
I had two rooms and one of the beds had sticky red stuff on the frame and stains on the sheets. We called the front desk and they didn’t even offer something of the very expensive room.

Exceedingly comfortable beds & nice new bathroom!
The price is just too high, the hotel was virtually empty our 1st night yet the island was busy. I think you have priced yourself out of the market.
I am a long-time visitor, and think your renovation is fabulous, YET the view over the water you used to have from restaurant/bar patio is lost. The new bar is fine but no character, without that view.

Weirdly minimal about toiletries, I had to ask for some body wash.

Lots of storage. Big room. Wonderful patio but weather too cold for us to use.

House keeping, toiletries in room. This property is looking to be a 5 star rated property, my experience leaves it far from that.
The front desk staff were wonderful and most accommodating the view of the harbor is 5 star.

We had a room facing the water and marina that had very comfortable chairs and a small table and chairs so you could have a snack or cocktail outside...so it was a great perch to appreciate the surroundings. (View in picture) Net net, we felt SO welcome and appreciated. The staff could not have been more accommodating. The restaurant, Woodly's is quite good. Lots of options for breakfast - and very generous servings. Dinner options were plentiful with very interesting additional entrees,

Great view from the room and balcony. Comfortable bed. Free tote bag, ideal for the Saturday market!
Staff on arrival were surly and unwelcoming, and generally not very helpful throughout the stay. The room was supposed to have iron and ironing facilities, but none were provided. A very noisy group of people on the balcony of the room next door made afternoons unpleasant.

This is a very nicely renovated property, in an excellent location with beautiful views of Ganges Harbour. Our room was very clean and spacious with a good size deck with table and chairs.
Woodley's restaurant serves very good food and is on an upward track. Breakfasts were ample and delicious.
The staff are all very helpful and pleasant. If something isn't quite right, they fix asap.
Nothing comes to mind.

Beautiful balcony on the water front side. Lots of Parking. Staff let us check in early a real bonus for us.
Water pressure in the shower was low.

The view was amazing of water. Our balcony was very spacious. Table and 2 chairs plus 2 loungers
Surprised the hotel was out of body wash. Also didn’t eat in hotel restaurant as wanted a water view. Restaurant was located at back of hotel.

Very friendly staff. Location is great. Just outside of the congestion of downtown core but close enough to walk to.
While the breakfast service (full or continental) was excellent, the taste of the evening restaurant meal was disappointing compared to everywhere else we ate on the island. Exception was the lemon dessert which was fantastic. Also can hear through the walls to the rooms next door so have to ignore the close proximity.

Great location 2 minutes by bicycle from centre of Ganges village, but surprisingly quiet; our room with harbour view and patio was wonderful , very comfortable and spacious with large patio nicely screened from next door rooms (I would not want to be in a room on the other side overlooking the parking lot). Staff were very helpful in providing a secure place to lock our bikes (and are working on creating a permanent bike storage facility).
It was no problem for us, but do note that there are 2 storeys and there is no elevator (they do however offer assistance with luggage).

Dirty carpets, cramped rooms, base of beds stick out and are hazards to shins, stingy on towels.

They used to have an unbelievable breakfast included. Now they have a nice man who sold us 2 coffees and 2 cream bagels for $25
The decks were very loud. You have a million dollar view and a nice deck however if your neighbours choose to stay out on the deck past 11, the noise comes right into your room. The first night I politely asked them to tone it down at 11. The second night I gave up after 2:30 am.

Not worth for the price, low grad towels, low water flow, no bathtub, the manager was not too helpful or friendly.
