Staff was very hospitable.
There was ice outside the door to the lobby, and no sand had been put on it. I fell going back to my car. They could do better in removing snow and ice around the whole facility.

Very clean rooms, breakfast was a bonus and ready early in the morning so I was able to grab a bite and leave early for a long drive ahead. (left before 6am)
The blankets and pillows smelled strongly of bleach. Although clean and comfortable, it made it hard to sleep on.

Motel À little run down. It needs a major upgrade. Breakfast is very basic.
Cleanliness OK. Bed horrible.
We were there for the horse show, so it's convenient.
