The chalet was a good size for all 6 of us: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It's relatively well equipped for what we needed. Overall cleanliness was good. Except around the shower and under furniture.

Bigger and more confortable beds would have been appreciated. 2 out of the 3 bedrooms are on the small size (slanted roof cuts some floor space). Chalet is cold, especially ground floor. 2nd floor is a bit more comfortable. Insulation seems to be an issue throughout. Main shower had a bit dirty. Anything under furniture had not been done in a while, it seems.

The location. Selective units are in very good conditions but some of are still in under maintenance and still they rent. On the second day they supported me to relocate in the renovated apartment, that I appreciate but in the first place the ideal condition is not to rent the bad units.

I booked 3bedroom chalet. It was quite old, and a couple rooms are in very bad conditions including kitchen. I was very tired and requested them to change but they denied by saying that there is no any new unit available now. Although they supported to change me on next day of my stay and it was in very good condition (2 bedroom apartment). On the first place they shouldn't rent the damaged unit or under maintenance unit. The unit they allocated me on the first day has no AC running, no light in living room and third bedroom were running. Also it had a water leakage in kitchen area. I man it sure how these many problems can be in a single unit. The rest of two bedrooms were okay in conditions.
