Hot and sweaty. Uncomfortable

The staff was great and helpful when we made a mistake of booking the wrong day :)

The room’s AC did not work and it was fluctuating between 77-80 all night long! No maintenance guy until morning. Did not sleep

Overcharged for the quality of the room.

There was no soap in shower and the sink was clogged. I asked the front desk to address both issues. They said they would send someone up but no one showed up.

Could be great but wasn’t.

I was mistakenly charged for my room on my bank credit card which i gave only for incidentals. All had been booked and paid for under booking.com. The hotel inadvertently charged my bank card for full day stay of $318 instead of 50 for incidentals. Then they denied doing so. I had to show them the charge from their hotel from my phone bank app and they still said it was not possible. It felt as front desk women was annoyed by my questions about matter. And now the impossible was reversed from hotel. I did not appreciate the way it was handled by front desk. I would never write a review,but this was just not acceptable. If responsibility would have been taken and a sincere apology I would not be writing this bad review. My rooms bathroom smelled like urine from the moment i walked in. The scent never left the restroom. Found a black insect/bug on folded towels and a scary spider. I wish I had taken pictures. In addition, my room did not have a full length mirror.

Tiny rooms inadequate bedding and pillows on foldout bed (reception was unable to supply quilt for foldout bed) inadequate towels (2 for 4 people) breakfast was stodgy generally worn, old and bland.

Cesar made it a trip to remember!!! Legit we were having a rough day and at the end of the day he was able to accommodat

Would stay here again. Nice location

Staff was amazing, breakfast was awesome, pool & spa: great! Beds were comfortable, room was spacious, great location. Good price for the size of the room.

Furnishings in room were pretty beat up. otherwise, a very nice stay

This is a great place to stay when visiting Temecula

The room and location were great and the breakfast buffet was very great, with awesome food and staff! The kids loved the made to order pancakes!!

The inside of our room could be painted and updated a little. There was some old paint and a cabinet was broke

One night stay to enjoy a Lorimar Winery event

I tropically have nothing but positive comments about my Embassy Suites stays. Honestly. With the spacious rooms, buffet breakfast and cocktail hour who can complain! However, this last visit was not typical. The room was handicapped and a bit awkward. The phones were t working and the A/C was locked so we couldn’t adjust it. The usual comfort and amenities were lacking. With this said, I will definitely stay again and make some specific requests ahead of arrival.

Fernando (bartender) and Tanya (front desk) very friendly

The first night I had to change rooms because our bathroom sink overflowed while we were out to dinner. The pipes were clogged. Someone on the same floor we were on for a week was smoking weed and it was coming through our air vents. I was hoping for a better breakfast. It was the same everyday. The breakfast needs pancakes or waffles.

Breakfast was great! Staff was great! Jacuzzi was great! The building and furnishing may need some updating but everything else was excellent!!

Front desk was rude. End table furniture was broken. Kitchen area needs refinishing in suite 310. Manual catch on slider didnt work. Housekeeping ignored "do not disturb" sign and knocked on door at 9:00 am.

Not what was expected.

Great location, complementary happy hour. Great breakfast.

Cleanliness lacking in room. Requested clean towels multiple times never delivered. Requested room cleaning once never done. Front desk staff blamed housekeeping; housekeeping blamed front desk staff. California had unprecedented rains at this time, but there was water running down elevator shaft, water pouring into reception area of the hotel and running down sides of the walls in multiple locations in the hotel. Hotel needs a remodel old and worn.

Disappointing

Complementary beer and breakfast.

The mattress and pillows were absolutely uncomfortable. We couldn't sleep. We got bad neck and back pain. For the $ that they charge, they need to buy better mattresses and pillows.

The location is great

I had booked a king suite and ended up with a double bed. The front desk refused to accommodate stating they did not have the booking as a king despite showing them my confirmation. The rooms are run down and the staff customer service was below mediocre.

Very good

The breakfast area was well organized, clean, and breakfast options were good. The hotel has also an evening "manager special' which is a great feature that adds quality to your stay and improves the appeal of the hotel. We stayed one night and had no issues, so this is a short review.

Will not be returning.

Pool was nice, pond was relaxing and we had a duck pair visit every afternoon! Cooks were super sweet!!

Neighbors smoking on balcony above and dropping ashes on us. Outside trash hardly taken out by exit door. Shower had hardly any pressure and a horrible shower head (My daughter would prefer more than a mist when trying to get ocean water out of her extremely long hair); along with mold on ceiling and horrible patching job on ceiling above the shower head (this was all reported; the response was “okay, noted, you will not be charged an extra fee for repairs”). Toilet only flushed if you held the handle down. Along with the “fan” in bathroom area had so much dust/dirt from not being used (it wouldn’t turn on). “Fridge” in room was not cold enough to keep meds cold.

staff was very friendly nearby a lot of locations. Pillows were so comfy!

close by the wineries and pechanga. We also received a voucher for two drinks and breakfast, that was nice! The staff was super friendly!

close to everything and the staff was great

The first night the heater wasn’t working, was so cold they did give us extra blankets. They sent 2 maintenance workers to come and fix the thermostat and they couldn’t do it 😢. we had to wait the next morning to switch rooms. so the second room was okay except the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows where flat. but other then that everything was good

the hotel needs updating. there was considerable rust, the entry doors make a lot of noise. the breakfast could use some healthy choices. the furniture in he rooms is old. the bed is comfortable. the faucet in the room dripped.

Our stay at Temecula Embassy Suites was the best of all Embassy Suites Hotels!

The suite was spacious and I loved the layout of the room, separate and nestled in the back of the suite. I felt like I was in a house and not a hotel. The happy hour was very nice and the full-sized, made to order breakfast was amazingly good. The staff in all facets of the hotel were friendly and approachable. The hotel was super clean and comfy. Although, I didn’t bring a dog, I love that they accept pets.
