The staff was very accommodating, and the property was clean and quiet.
It took the hot water an extremely long time to heat up in the shower ,and the room could have had a more fresh smell.

The staff was very kind! Especially the tall lady with the son in the army national guards. She made us feel like family and helped us a lot. They also had free dinner on a Wednesday evening which is unheard of for a hotel. The food was delicious!
The place was clean and we loved the layout of the suite. Perfect for our family.

Fully stocked mini kitchen and full size refrigerator. This would be a great place to stay for an extended period of time, but a waste for an overnight stay! Good size suite and nice bathroom with Crabtree & Evelyn Products.
Tried to check in early, at 1 pm, but the room was not ready. Was told to come back around 3. Tried again at 2:45; still not ready. Finally was able to check in at 3:15 to a room that was not the original one expected, with the help of the manager. The room had a very strange "cooking" odor, which I did not complain about, since we had trouble securing a room in the first place. But I consistently sprayed my own room deodorizer! Although I am a Hilton Honors member, it was not acknowledged. The hassle at check-in caused us to leave late for a concert - very stressful. I would not recommend this hotel for a quick overnight stay, and I will not book here in the future.
