I traveled alone so I appreciated how the facility and surrounding area are so safe! Everything was clean and in working order. Also there is a lot of shopping, restaurants, and cute boutiques nearby.
The parking was a little challenging if you stayed out late. Only a few spots were open and they were narrow.

Briley, at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful.
The hotel is clean, quiet, and close to downtown, as well as good food options.
If you’re looking for a relaxing stay that is a short drive to all of the sights in downtown Nashville, this is the place.
It was a bit more than I’d like to spend for a Hampton Inn. However, I will say it was the nicest Hampton Inn I’ve stayed at.

The breakfast was good. The hotel overall was nice. There was someone always at the front desk. The hotel room was clean.
There was a leak in the ceiling in the bathroom. I called the front desk right away and made them aware. Randy came to the room right away and tried to remedy the situation. We decided to stay in that room and he did offer a free beverage but we forgot to get before leaving. The remedy became putting a towel to dampen the sound of the drip agains the shower floor.
