The staff were amazing – so friendly, welcoming and always easy to reach, whether on WhatsApp or in person. They were incredibly helpful whenever we needed anything and always up for a great chat! Our room was spacious, cosy and spotlessly clean, while the downstairs communal area had such a warm, homely atmosphere. With the fireplace, beautiful views, board games and friendly guests, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind after days of exploring and hiking.

When we arrived the staff welcomed us and showed us around. The place was very clean and about a 5 minute walk to town. I enjoyed the shared concept of the kitchen, dining and living room. The kitchen had everything you needed to make a meal and the staff cleaned the dishes after you.
The only was our room size. There wasn't any space to leave our suitcases open and our bathroom ceiling was on a slant so my husband hit his head multiple times.

Everything! What a great little inn- we enjoyed sitting in the great room having a drink and a chat after an evening out in Banff. Angela gave us great restaurant recommendations and all the staff were happy and helpful. We loved that we could walk everywhere. Thanks for a lovely stay

Room size was good.
No Air Conditioning, toilet was the smallest I've ever seen.
