The room was clean and the bed was amazingly comfy! I liked the idea of laminate flooring, it's so much cleaner feeling than carpet! Housekeeping was very helpful and exchanged our towels and the folks at the front desk were awesome!
The pool had black stains on the inside of the pool, and every chair was busted and unusable. My room was on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool, so I noticed these things when I was on the balcony smoking.

The location has a lot of things to do around it and you don't have more than 25 minutes to go to most sites/stores/restaurants.
There was black mold in the room. Room service/cleaners only came by once and didn't do anything when they came by. The pool was closed. The hotel was also under construction in some areas. The breakfast bar had old stale food.
