Horrible. Traumatizing.

The garden food

My first room, the tub was dirty and the door did not lock. You could just push the door open. I told the male staff at the desk and he said he would tell maintenance in the morning, but the door swells so just tug on the door.” I shouldn’t have to do that as a customer. The female attendant decided to place me and my mom in a different room. We get to the new room. The bathroom toilet seat had prints on it like someone had been sitting on it. The tissue was used also. I cleaned the whole bathroom with bleach. And black hair strands were EVERYWHERE. Fridge, Bed, Floor, bathroom, Sink, Carpet, bathroom toilet, blankets. It was disgusting! The female desk attendant came to clean. We were only staying one night. I will never stay here again. The next morning the linen attendant came in the room without verifying that we were gone first. Just knocked and walked in. Didn’t give us time to respond. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and I’m a travel nurse. I’ve been to multiple hotels but nothing like this. Never again!

Very clean & comfortable

It was so clean & fresh. We were there for 1 night for our anniversary, and it was perfect! The bed slept amazing! Definitely recommend!

very nice facility, pricing was very competitive. I would stay here again.

Breakfast was excellent, options were hot buffet (scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, potato chunks) and made to order menu items.

A very nice place to stay. We were there for softball tournament.

The room was comfortable and top surface clean. It needed a deep cleaning such as vacuuming behind and under the reading chair in the corner.

Unfortunately I was very I’ll during our stay so I didn’t enjoy much about the trip as a whole. it is a pretty hotel.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating

The toilet lid was broken and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable

Assistant Manager very rude refuse to give me a number for someone else to help me with my booking,had to look up the number myself. I was very calm and patient which leads me to believe I was not welcomed so I never checked in!!!!

Border war game trip

The bar & restaurant was really good, for dinner & breakfast. Very convenient for us and all the food was good. Staff was great, front desk, restaurant & cleaning staff. Great location for going to the game!

Bed was a little too soft, but overall not too bad. The refrigerator in the room was so noisy, husband had to unplug it!

Very good

clean

elevators doors closed after only a few seconds. Hardly time to get on or off before doors began to shut. Especially with luggage or a cart. Every guest was complaining about the same problem. A definite safety issue. almost impossible to stop the doors from closing once they started.

The rooms were big and nice. It was clean. The location is on the outskirts of Columbia, away from the city bustle.

Breakfast was pricey for what it was. And our room by the pool was a bit noisy after 9pm at night.

It was amazing. We had an awesome time.

Breakfast was amazing! Loved our server for breakfast.

Wifi was hard to connect to. Couldn't get our dvd player to connect to wifi to watch Netflix.
