Dated facility. The bathtub was small with a curved bottom, not non-skid and no non-skid mat provided. My son unknowingly stepped back onto the curved portion and fell in the tub hitting his head.
There was a strong urine scent permeating the air…possibly waste water treatment plant?? Didn’t smell it inside the building though!

Couldn’t use the pool or hot tub way to many kids in small area
