Staff were excellent
Booked as a family. Never been to resort before. Thought we would all be in the same building. Two daughters plus family were across the street from us. Not what I thought was happening. I was sad we were not close by to our grandchildren

Check in was slow with not alot of upgrade options for families. Pool was over crowded with people and way too small. Couldn’t use it. Room felt dated. Noncomplimentary water bottles. Tiny counters. Not great view from door.
