The property is well maintained. I stayed for 2 nights, and cleaning staff came in after my first night to make my bed, empty the trash, and give me additional towels. Breakfast was great.

The location was the only thing we liked.
They tried to put us in a dirty, cigarette stench room.
The beds are bouncy and very uncomfortable, pillows are terrible.
The floors are all very uneven, so bad they have to put a piece of 2x4 wood under one side to level out.
They put us in a smaller room because of the dirty room, and would refund me the $10 per night difference.

Staff were very friendly. Very good value for the price especially compared to other locations. Room was clean and bathroom was updated.
The wi-fi was not working the night we were there but we were made aware of it and the issue was being worked on.

Beds were comfortable. Gentleman that was working front desk was pleasant and informative.
Wifi was down. No elevator. Nothing to compensate loss of wifi....

The electrical was whack. We couldn’t find plug-ins and light bulbs burned out and extension cords used in room.

Really good value for what we paid, the staff were exceptionally helpful, the breakfast that was included was more than adequate and the beds and pillows were the most comfortable we’ve had in the past 2 weeks.
The lighting wasn’t good enough to read and the shower badly needed resealing around the base and the shower curtain needed washing. if these things were fixed it would be a 10.

Had a toilet valve that kept running off and on and effected a light sleeper.

The hotel is well located, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are warm and attentive. The air-conditioned room is warm. I live here every time I pass by.

Breakfast was quite good, offering enough choices to get anyone going for the day. The bed was comfy and the linens nice and clean. The front staff were exceptional.....so pleasant and helpful.
