Front desk staff were great
Pump was broken so no pool. Then no laundry. Breakfast items were slow to be replenished, including coffee. Shower was ridiculous, a little button to control water temperature, had to call desk to ask how to use it.

Good central location, easy parking, clean rooms, indoor pool, good value.
We requested our room get refreshed and while we got some new towels; our beds weren't made, coffee supplies weren't re-stocked, dishes weren't re-stocked and toilet paper wasn't re-stocked. Also, we had a pool side room and the sliding door was broken and wouldn't lock.

The room was big and comfortable. The continental breakfast was good. The lobby is nice.
The hotel is outdated and not properly maintained. The pool area is uninviting, dark and looks dirty.
