Breakfast was delicious. Hot bacon and plain omelettes, baked beans large selection of breads, muffins, fresh fruit yogurt, make your own waffles with whipped cream and syrup. We arrived at 9:30 am for breakfast and there was still everything available. Place was clean. Nice option was to eat breakfast on their personal patio area. Room was nice and the full kitchen was great too. Great place for extended stay with fudges and full fridge stove and dishwasher available. We travelled by foot to a nearby restaurant and checked out a supermarket across the street.
The mattress could have been more comfortable. A small night light would help light up the bathroom at night. Without it you are forced to turn on the bright full light. Very tight parking lot and extra charge to park there.

The hotel itself was very nice! The staff are excellent and went out of their way to return some clothes that we left behind in a drawer. The breakfast was very good, hot with some nice choices. Lovely outdoor terrace. Nice chocolate chip cookies and iced lemon water. Beautiful large room with lots of storage and a nice kitchen.
I would rate them as excellent but the downtown area of Hamilton is suffering from some social decline. Looks like it used to be beautiful and hopefully could be again. Also the underground parking is kind of tight to maneuver in but is locked. We still had a lovely vacation despite these things.

Close to TD Coliseum, awesome sized room with amenities, and secure parking.
Not as clean as I expected for the price, a bit rundown and the bed was awful!!

A lot of homeless people, clearly high on drugs, around the hotel itself. No hotel bar or choice of food. Breakfast wasn’t great either.
