It would have been nice to access the property a little earlier since we arrived at 3pm in poor weather conditions, but it would be understandable if the property was still being cleaned.

I liked the location and beautiful sounding and nice luxurious furniture, beds,... I also enjoyed the hot tub, and it felt like we are at home.
After booking, I realized there is a barbecue, my wife contacted them over the phone to confirm if the BBQ is available and the propane tank is full. They confirmed the fact and we planned our meals based on that. We did our grocery shopping for the trip based on that just to arrive and realize it doesn't excist there. After calling them they denied it was advertised, and denied us calling them.
Later on I realized we had booked a unit that was equipped with BBQ but they assigned another unit that didn't have it. They didn't offer any solution other than denying all of above.
