Everything clean, in perfect condition.

It is in a very convenient location close to a gas station, and walmart.
I did find with it being close to the highway that traffic was very loud through the night but I do completely understand that is not the hotels fault or in their control.

Ok, but In a room downstairs my wife cannot get at it because she has arthritis.

There was no breakfast.
When I booked online it said there was free breakfast but when I got there to check in I noticed there was a bike parked in the hall where the breakfast signs were. The person working said it is under reservations and wasn't operating. They should change their website to show the fact it is not in use as I had to go for breakfast elsewhere before my meeting.
