This is a quiet, comfortable and decent motel in the popular Lac St Jean are, very near the Val Jalbert village. It's on a popular bike path, at a major crossroads for vehicle traffic. Nice staff who are very pleasant.
At roughly $174 per night, I frankly found it a little expensive. In fact, on the following night, here I am in Cornwall ON, in a Best Western, for $178 per night, and not only is it a super comfortable room with 2 large beds, a sofa, a fireplace, and a huge, new TV. AND, a full breakfast is included.
But honestly, no complaint other than $$$.

La chambre était confortable et immaculée. Service de ménage de la chambre tous les jours. Personnel aimable et respectueux. Nous nous sommes embarrés à l’extérieur de la chambre en soirée, forçant Mme Caroline à revenir sur son lieu de travail pour nous ouvrir, et elle a été vraiment bienveillante. Je vous remercie pour votre gentillesse et votre patience.
