Great location in downtown Houston! Conveniently located and staff was very professional. Breakfast buffet was phenomenal, special shout out to the lady who makes the customized omelettes she was amazing!
Hotel is not well maintained. Noticed several doors/cabinets/furniture that show wear & tear. For the rate we paid, I would assume the maintenance team would be on top of these. Our room, the furniture looked beat up, the shower faucet was dripping and the black fixtures were chipped. Also, the sofa in the room had large stains. I did bring these items to the front desk's attention and fortunately they had the maintenance team repair the leaky shower head but let us know they would not be able to get the stains cleaned on the sofa until the following day. We were also given an adjoining room (which we did NOT request), so we could hear the guest in the next room almost as if he was in our room! That was very disappointing, specially when we were supposedly receiving an upgraded room.

The front desk man was super pleasant made everything super easy he even bought us a mini fridge since I didn't realize we needed to get a suite to have one .
Having a fridge and microwave in room for the price and more knowledge from staff of what was in room we were told we didn't have an ice bucket and to use a trash can with a bag in it then we found it in the bathroom
