Room is nicely maintained and comfortable. Good location in the center of Houston which was nice and felt well connected. Maintenance came to our room and was professional to do the repair
We had a few issues with the shower where it was quite loud and didn’t drain well plus it didn’t have any cold water. The maintenance team came up and got it fixed which was appreciated. One night our whole floor and room smelled like chemicals as if they were painting which was annoying because there isn’t a ton of ventilation.

Location downtown. Close to highways. Staff was friendly for the most part.
Shower water pressure was close to zero. First 2 days was good then last 3 the shower wouldn't work because the water pressure was so low the valve you pull up on the faucet wouldn't stay up.
Valet kept messing up. Staff comped my valet so that was a wash. TV remotes didn't work. Elevators made a clanking sound all night and on the pullout sofa it was quite noisy in room 1102.
I'm sure we just got a buggered up room and I bet you the rest of the place is great.
