The AC is too strong. Even though I switched it off in my room, I would freeze in the common areas. Increasing it 2-3 degrees would be more comfortable, reduce climate impact and costs….

Everything…attentive staff, comfortable rooms, soaking tub, spa, executive lounge

The staff were amazingly helpful and they took extra care of all the kids and hosted us very well. They provided us with additional amenities and provided us with complimentary lounge access. In addition to this, the staff customised a welcome note and a 'things to do list' for kids which were shared with them upon arrival. All in all - they made everyone feel special!
Great facilities with the free shuttle (within a 5 mile radius) and a great team at the valet.
There is no swimming pool and for a hotel of this status, I would expect a pool or at a minimum, free access to another hotel (within the chain) with pool facilities.

Valet parking drop off was easy to miss, and I did. Had to drive around and try again. The construction going on in the building next to the hotel was unsightly. The quality of the bedding and furniture in the room was “okay” but not what I expected from a premium brand hotel. I am not saying it was bad; it just wasn’t as nice as what I’ve experienced at other J.W. Marriot Hotels
