The location is close to Disneyland
The hotel room is showing its age; the carpet and furniture are very worn, and the toilet was somewhat dirty.

I was frustrated and shocked when my confirmation didn’t pop up on the hotel system. I was there at 6pm and really tired and didn’t know what to do when my reservation was not showed up. However, Samuel tried to help me. He escalated to his manager and we got the key after verify some steps. Thanks God. The service is outstanding.I will be back next time

Location
The shower wasn’t clean. It had previous hair particles in it! The thermostat wasn’t working properly!
