There was an event that we were going to that was at the hotel so it was convenient. Check in and out were easy. Staff was pleasant and not overbearing.
Room service was expensively priced. We were hoping to rent a new release movie but nothing was available.

Front desk clerk, crappy. Would not allow me to use my Hilton Honors points for the room. TV remote sucks. Difficult to use. Chop House, very noisy. Difficult to converse

I liked the bed and my room it was comfy.
I didnt like how the staff said they couldnt let me have executive lounge with the room i was staying in. It was first come first serve type deal and it doesnt mean ill always get it. I said i got it last time. Then i asked for a bathtub and shower combo when i booked that room it stated it would have it. The pool was very chlorine like or hot tub and it isnt very breathable in there so right when u walk in you can feel the chlorine in my eyes. They had an event going on too. When i asked about it they didnt tell me any information about it. It was sold out anyway so i didnt care. I stay at hilton hotels a ton because they are nice and cozy.

There was no breakfast, but I pre-paid for the breakfast through the booking .com app.
There were no SUITES available and that is what I wanted for this trip.
