Nice location, good shops across the road. Enjoyed the pool & sauna
Poor arrival instructions. Contradictory instructions on parking - Listing says parking must be paid for but no information on how, and as there is no one on site, no ticket machine, phone line is not answered it's impossible to find out. Signs everywhere saying you will be towed if not displaying a parking permit. Turned out we did have a parking permit, but it was not with the welcome pack (as some of the instructions said) but was in with the serviettes. Only found as we were looking for paper to write on.

Location.
1. The acrylic flooring requires repair or replacement.
2. A couple of throw rugs placed either side of the bed would be appreciated by all and sundry 😁
3. There was a periodic knocking noise, more noticeable during the night, that woke me nearly every hour or so.
I dislike being critical but interrupted sleep makes me cranky and you did ask for my review.

Great location, the apartment was spacious, having a kitchen was very useful for a 7 night stay, the balcony has a nice little view of the mountains
The shower towels had an off-putting smell, the wifi was spotty, the dishwasher did not work very well and most dishes had to be hand washed after use, there is limited airflow, so even with the balcony door open the apartment is very warm even on a 20 degree day

Location
Wi-Fi and cable never worked. We called the front desk several times, but they said there was a problem in the building.
I called during and emailed after our stay, letting them know it was a huge issue since we were taking an avalanche course. No reply.
