Great customer service. Location was perfect. We enjoyed the breakfasts at Catch 31, the outdoor pool and bar at Sky bar. Gym was well equipped and clean. Room was very comfortable.
The AC in the room was a little loud and the elevators felt hot at times.

Didn't like paying for parking, & in light of the hotel being more expensive. Had to lug bags from the parking garage across the street as the hotel entrance was blocked with cars.

I liked the family friendship atmosphere
I didn’t like that there were hair pieces all in my shower and mold, didn’t have any extra towels and you could tell the house keeping didn’t do a great cleaning job before the previous customers!
