The property was right on the beach. The Infiniti pool was on the roof and created a wonderful atmosphere.
The only complaint that I have about the hotel at all is that the elevators were extremely slow.

Ocean front and location was the best. The shower was amazing with great water pressure and temperature. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash smells great. The television and wifi were greater than expected with the options of channels to watch.
I thought the bed was stiff for a Hilton. My experience before with other Hiltons were very great beds. Firm but very soft and comfortable at the same time. This experience was least desirable with less comfort. Woke up a lot and couldn't sleep as well as other Hilton experiences. I believe it could have been the bed frame or base the mattress was on that made it so stiff. Also, the parking garage situation could have been made more clear by the check in staff informing that the tag they give will redeem the parking garage ticket. We did not know that the first time leaving the parking garage and paid. When I toke it to the attendant at the front she acted like I was bothering her and didn't know why I would bring it up to her. The parking garage and where to park is apart of staying at the hotel and the staff should be just as knowledgeable and informative to guest about that as they are with all the other amenities within the hotel.

Great customer service. Location was perfect. We enjoyed the breakfasts at Catch 31, the outdoor pool and bar at Sky bar. Gym was well equipped and clean. Room was very comfortable.
The AC in the room was a little loud and the elevators felt hot at times.

I liked the family friendship atmosphere
I didn’t like that there were hair pieces all in my shower and mold, didn’t have any extra towels and you could tell the house keeping didn’t do a great cleaning job before the previous customers!
