Room could've been cleaner, mattress and bed was low to the ground, carpet could be replaced, breakfast was 8/10, staff were friendly 10/10, parking was 8/10, shouldve done valet but since we had small kids
The carpet in the room. The bed and mattress was low. Refridger made noise all thru the night. Bathroom need a fan. Bathroom shower head was slow and water couldve been a little hotter. Nothing else was worng

All of the staff especially the front desk and the car greeter guy out front where amazing!!
This has nothing to do with you or your hotel, but we where sleeping with the windows out because that’s what you get a hotel on oceanfront for and around 2:00 am the smell of marijuana and someone coughing for 30 minutes woke us up.like I said I know you have no control over those situations but it was just a little damper on the evening.
