Loved the 18th century design. The pool was nice. Parking was easy. The drive to and from the concernt venue was quick. Overall, a relaxing stay.
It would be nice if breakfast was included in the price.

We always loved the English garden, the historical design elements, and the sumptuous breakfast included in our booking. The bed and pillows were comfortable and we slept soundly! And staff was professional and made us feel welcomed!
Overall was great. A few inconveniences we had were the following:
1. The remaining shower gel didn't last. We didn't ask for extra though. I was lucky to have packed a small bottle from home.
2. Not a big deal, but if possible, another soap for the sink outside the bathroom, would be appreciated. Or better yet, a liquid hand soap!
3. My kids said the TV had erratic sounds. Could be the TV itself or a bad signal.
4. We wanted to eat our late night food bought from outside but we couldn't find plastic utensils and there was no microwave to heat it. Going to the main building just to use the microwave wasn't something we want to do.
We either solved the issue or tried other ways so overall, our stay was still a memorable and beautiful one! We will definitely stay again! It's a happy and relaxing place for us!

The location is convenient right off the beltway. The room was clean and pleasant. The hallway in building 4 is a bit creepy but the stay was pleasant and I slept well.
The hallways in building 4 were a bit creepy at first. It could be the dim lighting. The main building would've been nicer for my stay. I would think being a Hilton Honors member I would've had the opportunity to stay in the main building.

On sight breakfast was nice.
Bathroom was very small, carpet and couch needed cleaning. Couch bed was broken.
