Facility was clean and the gym was really nice.
The breakfast voucher system. It's confusing and it takes too much time to be served. If I'm eating breakfast at a hotel, I prefer to go in, get what I need, eat, and leave. We had to wait on a server to bring a menu and then had to wait for the food. Food was OK, just wasn't the service we were looking for.

The breakfast met my expectations and was prepared to 98% my satisfaction. The servers were prompt, courteous and attentive. Superior to standard 'serve yourself at other brands.
The establishment provided all my needs for a one night stay. Currently, there is nothing negative to report.

Loved the location. Front desk staff were nice and helpful.
The restaurant staff were horrible!!!!!
Lady kept huffing and puffing about every little thing, if people came and sat, if you asked her anything!
horrible service!!! Still left her a tip.
Even the other lady working at the Grab & Go Cafe had a really bad attitude, really ruined my whole morning.
Was really disappointed in their service and attitudes.
