The staff was amazing and very responsive. We arrived earlier than expected and they accommodated us with a smile. Another family had an issue with their reservation and it was resolved with ease. The staff offered suggestions on restaurants and engaged in pleasant conversation.
The fire alarm went off and everyone was comforting and pleasant when they explained that overdone popcorn was the cause.
The floor was wet near the window.

Bed was comfy. Room was bigger than expected.
Shower water pressure was so-so. Free breakfast was ok. Room was very expensive for 3 nights.

1-The young black man cleaning the hotel is amazing! He really shows pride in his cleaning and does a great job!
2. The breakfast options are great
Fairfield:
1. Gym refillable water machine broken
2. no complimentary water but maybe given to some but not all
3. The pool should open when all other amenities open. Breakfast and gym open at 6am so should the pool and really should stay open 24/7. There’s no lifeguard so why is there a limit on the hours?!
4. The tap/beer/wine area is a rip off! too expensive!
5.The front desk staff are often absent from the front desk and they are not very attentive or friendly. They need customer service 1 on 1.
7. The breakfast options are great, but more variety is needed. Consider grits, grapes, waffles, strawberries, blueberries, white bread, cranberry juice, grapefruit juice
