It got the job done!

The location was good for where my event was being held.

There were no queen beds available which that's what I paid for.

The personal was nice!

The worst place I have been. Nothing works The bathroom door didn’t close The Faucet didn’t work properly The TV Cabinet when I tried to open. It fail to the floor it almost hit my feet!!

It was ok but disappointing.

The pool was nice and the grounds were well kept.

No one to empty trash or give you new towels and toilet paper. No one to sweep floor. Cockroaches!!!

Decent room for the price. Room was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. Pool was clean and good for a quick dip.

I asked for fresh towels after night 2 but they didnt bring them. Wasnt too bad because we were leaving the following morning.

It was comfortable outside of having to move from the first room after we had moved our luggage in . Then had to move to

Front desk staff was very nice

I had to have my room switched . The first room wasn’t clean . The second room was not what we had booked. The 3rd room is the room we were in until we checked out.

horrible, everything smelled bad the beds were dirty the floor was sticky and dirty, my son fell out of bed because the mattress was not stable on the edges it was crushed and there was no way to get comfortable because it would slip, and the bases of the beds are made of tin and if you touch them they sound horrible everything is old ugly and worst of all dirty everything was bad service 🤮🤮🤮🤮 nothing to do with the photographs, I did not leave the place because there was no other hotel available and my son was tired

It was uncomfortable, the beds didn't work, everything was dirty and the air conditioning made such a horrible noise that it didn't let you rest

It was affordable in a nice area the staff was great

When you walk up stairs the smell from the a/c it smells like roaches . I was showering my grandson and the paint from the tub was coming off and in the other room it was hard to flash the toilet and the bathroom are super small if your scared of small spaces this hotel is not for you

NOT SATISFIED AT ALL THIS TIME AND RED ROOF INN IS THE ONLY PLACE I STAY WHEN OUT OF TOWN

The only thing I liked was the office staff they were friendly and professional OTHER THAN THAT I DIDNT LIKE ANYTHING ELSE 🤬

If we didn't have roaches in the room (had leftover food I was going to eat opened the box and there was the roaches) If we had more than 1 wash cloth 1 towel in the bathroom (I don't share wash clothes and towels) If bed closest to bathroom wasn't broken (leaning towards bathroom) And last of all the floors were so nasty our feet was sticking to them

Good location near to town center, supermarket, a little far away from the beach.

Flor was sticky, TV didn't work and reception answered the phone, said hello, and then didn't speak. I kept calling and at a point they just picked up the phone and didn't say nothing.

The gentleman at desk was very nice. Great customer service. Bed was comfortable..

I don't like to complain but it was the worst hotel stay. I'm a local and my family and I were moving into a house the next day. We needed a one night stay. floor and carpet was so old and dirty it stuck to my feet. It smelled unbearable of dogs which I'm allergic. I told the man at desk. There were big bugs outside our room climbing up the wall. Very disappointed for ,78.00 wish I had picked a different hotel. The lighting was to bright too. Couldn't wait to leave

The other thing that I liked was how friendly the front desk staff was. That is literally it.

Everything else about this hotel I absolutely hate it. I stayed in a handicap room, everything was very low. It was for an individual with a wheelchair. The sink was literally about to fall off the wall. The bed was hard is bricks. I did not sleep comfortably at all. There was only plugs on one side of the bed. The lighting was terrible. Bugs were everywhere. The walls are paper thin and I hurt my neighbor's music all night. The door was hard to open. Staff failed to tell me that the knob turns upwards instead of downwards when opening my door. The volume for the remote control did not work so maintenance had to come and fix it. It was just terrible. They only put two rags in the room and did not come around to ask if I needed anything until the third day of my trip there. When my boyfriend found out that I was staying there, he immediately told me that the crime was terrible. There are people hanging around all day and all night in that location. I deserve a immediate refund.
