The location and the cleanliness and quiet area.
That the restaurant was not open for supper when we arrived. We were tired but had to walk to an available NICE (better than 3 star) restaurant to eat. We were hoping we could eat on site that’s why we picked this place to stay.

The people
Had to go up stairs to get to room, tv didn’t work, towels well if you call those towels, squeaky floors and bathroom door. No glasses to use and asked but they ran out?
