The lazy river, the location to Disney
Everything is extra, the blow up tubes for lazy river was 9 dollars a day to hire . They should be free. It's expensive for drinks and food . 20 dollars for a small cocktail .

The rooms themselves were amazing and spacious lots of room.
you have to recognize the timeshare and they're gonna shove that down your throat. They told me it was gonna be two hours ended up going almost 4 hours. also, depending on what building you get you're far away from the pools.

Lazy River
When checking in the people at the desk really set the tone!!! when you arrive, there was NO hello NO smiling and when they went to give us our parking pass, they were even more rude because we declined to have a tour for them to try and sell us a timeshare they were extremely rude and almost through the parking passes at us !!! didn’t even say thank you anyways, or have a good day, or hope you enjoy your stay. There was not one word, horrible customer service and this happens almost every time we come there. It really puts us in a bad mood every time we check in. I think this company needs to have some kind of training with their staff on how to treat people..
