The room, bathroom, bed linen and towels were clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was powerful. The wifi was fast and reliable. The staff at the reception and the breakfast were very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent as it is on the main road with several eating options close by. The fridge and microwave un the room are very useful. The room was very quiet except for the continuous bathroom exhaust mentioned below.
The bathroom exhaust made a noise throughout and cannot be switched off. There is only a coffee maker in the room. It would be nice to have a water kettle in the room for those who prefer to have tea.

Great location - 45 min from sfo, easy access to near by shopping centers. Great breakfast. Staff was super nice and helpful, especially Fernnando.
Loved the coffee machine in the room.
Nothing. Everything was great!

Just started like the location and that you could check in early the staff was so friendly self supportive exactly the way you want to be treated. The property was clean inside. They had a great free breakfast in the morning not much more you could ask for.
I have no complaints about the property. Everything was fine. My room wasn’t even close to the elevator and I didn’t even hear it and I am a light sleeper. I felt safe and secure.

Location is OK given the relatively moderate price; breakfast is unusually good for hotels of this kind; the inner courtyard is well kept and has outside seating with a pool, again better than typically found for such hotels
Not at booking time, but at confirmation time I got a long message where at the end it was stated that the hotel would charge 10 USD /day for parking. Of course I overlooked this passage and find it a deliberate rip off since this is nowhere stated on the web page. What was bothering me more (and that may be not generally the case) that my room had a very thin connecting door to the neighboring room; you can hear every word spoken in the other room and I was unfortunate to have e neighbor who had is TV on from 3 pm to 3 am at night so loud that it was almost impossible to sleep. The personnel claimed they were not able to give me another room - very disappointing. Finally, I was refused a receipt with the argument that I had booked over booking.com. I often do this and routeinely get a receipt. No reaction on written request afterwards.
