This is a great stopover hotel for trips to the Eastern Sierras. The staff is excellent. The rooms are clean. The coffee in the lobby is good.
Because we booked through Booking.com, we were NOT ALLOWED to buy water or snacks with our credit cards. We were told that we had to use cash--and it had to be exact change only. When we only had a $20 bill for a $3 drink, the clerk offered to buy us the drink herself--which we didn't accept.

Very good shower, comfortable beds. Very good breakfast.
Unstable Wi-fi, losing connection and reconnecting constantly.
Air from AC was smelling strange, so I just didn't use it.
For one night stand I decided to just ignore these issues, rather than speaking with staff.

Good; you can finish the sentences!
We never did get working TV; The remotes are way too complicated for hotel rooms! Giving bonus points instead of real adjustments for problems is worthless!
