Cleanliness is a priority for me. From my room to communal areas, the site was very clean.
Some guests were on high volume at night and every night and sometimes early morning, you could smell cigarette smoking. I'm not sure what solutions there are for staff or the company considering customers are who they are. It's hard to navigate how others behave even when they know they can be disruptive to those around them.

I loved everything even the fact our TV we couldn't use they did ask if we wanted to move but I was already late but I loved that the lady upfront offered that

Good; you can finish the sentences!
We never did get working TV; The remotes are way too complicated for hotel rooms! Giving bonus points instead of real adjustments for problems is worthless!
