Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort & Spa

I found he property clean and well kempt. The room was comfortable, spacious and very clean. The amenities were substantial and afforded many activities. The Entire Staff was always, very friendly, professional and always helpful. Hillary, Diane and Yvette at the Front Desk, Cathy, Gracie and Shayla, the morning servers at breakfast were always friendly, smiling and engaging, Albert and Romano, are two of the best Bartenders I've ever met, and Romano as a server, always had a smile and was always ready to help, and the whole Housekeeping staff were great as well! These folks were exceptional and I will definitely book another stay with them again.

The room was beautiful, comfortable and the beds... SO COMFY! We had the absolute best dreamy sleep! Of the 3 pools on sight, we only used the Garden pool but it was fantasic, so beautiful, clean and the water temp was perfect too! We are really looking forward to coming back again in the future for a longer stay!

Can't say that we didn't like anything, everything was great. The only issue we had was our door entry lock battery died. My husband walked to the office and had the key recoded while we were in the pool, this was before we realized it had to be the battery as his efforts we were all for not.. Thankfully he was able to jump over the balcony and get in the room through the sliding door, otherwise we would've been stranded outside for a bit lol. Oh and the toilet seat in our room, 305... was loose, could use a replacment, but really no complaints from me, everything was lovely.

The grounds were emasculate. The staff was top notch. Great value!!!
