Mind you, I am rating this place as a motel, not a 5-star hotel or resort, and with this perspective, I gave it a 10 score, because it has clean rooms (also seems that they were just recently refurbished), friendly staff, easy in/out on-site parking. We had a room on the backside, facing away from the street, and it was very quiet at night, can't vouch for the rooms on the street side. The location is ok, seems safe at night, you can walk to a couple of cafes/restaurants, but downtown is 25-30 min walk (or an easy 5-7 min drive, parking is not an issue there). I did not expect anything beyond this simple accommodations, but we got what we wanted, and all that was good.
There were no hangers in the room. We hardly needed any, so did not bother to ask the staff

We felt right at home. The room was cozy, clean, and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. It was nice and quiet, and the beach wasn’t far away. The staff was really friendly and helpful.
