Excellent central location. Very nice interior. Clean comfortable rooms. Quiet.
Breakfast was very basic - muffins, yogurt, coffee.

Parking out front was handy.
The place is really run down and it is really showing. The musty smell in the hallway and the rooms is hard to handle and makes me suspicious of mold.
