Decent, could of been better. I won’t be choosing Travelodge again, on my family’s behalf😌

Decent location, fair price

Hotel was “clean” but floors were in need of dire mop/sweeping, there was hair in the bedding, all not to alarming to me as it smelled clean upon arrival but you can tell it was just a quick clean & wasn't thoroughly cleaned which sucks.

Good for families with kids, otherwise stay somewhere els.

I thought the pools were cool, that was the main reason we wanted to stay here. But do not book for this reason, that was my mistake.

The rooms were not modernly updated, leaving me without that feeling of comfort, the cost of the stay was not worth my money. The photos of the hotel rooms are not accurate to the actual representation. I could have found a nicer hotel room somewhere els for a cheaper price. Hallways and elevators were not cleaned enough… there was blood spots on the floor in the one elevator for the entire stay. You can tell that the money they make is mostly put into the maintenance of the pool areas.

Great water park area

2 of the beds were very comfortable but the 2 smaller beds our kids slept on were poor and needed to be replaced. Had to turn the heater off in the room as it was very loud

Summer time pool

-Poolside room is a bonus compared to most hotels. -Room was clean

-The pool is a main attraction for families but in winter the main water park pools are pretty cold. Kids did not enjoy it, neither did Dad! -No Continental breakfast either, so factor the price of breakfast in comparing hotels -It is hit or miss on room cleanliness from previous stays

Disappointing

Price. Great hotel for families with small kids and junior sports teams.

First room they gave me handnt been cleaned. Was a little worried about my vehicle overnight given the people sitting around outside at 11pm at night. Fortunately they had a security guard in a car on patrol.

It was close to where I needed to be and cheap

The fire alarm was constantly going off in our hallway, even after staff turned it off and “fixed” it twice. The elevator stank like wet unwashed dog and I don’t think the carpet in it has ever been dry

Great time. would be perfect with a breakfast voucher.

I loved the staff and the great rooms.

got a room outside the water slide but didn’t have access to the water slide on second floor. moose without access. oh and our neighbour who shared the balcony was rude.

I will never stay in a theme room ever again and I will never book on booking.com cause you get what they put you in.

I was put in a card theme room and I did not book that so never again I’m deleting that app. the room was damp and beds were hard. the bathroom was filthy and not cleaned properly. the tub had hair in it from prior guests. I will NEVER book on booking ever again!!!!!! switch to trivago

we didn’t even stay. we got to the hotel and they told us we couldn’t rent the room and cancelled the booking for us.

Bareable.. some kid in the pool had a diaper on with poop in it!

We had supper, I don’t believe it was continental breakfast… food was good ..

Check in staff was good, the guy on the night staff was not !! The elevator decided to quit while I was out, come back there was no signage on the elevator… tried a different elevator it would not go to the 4th floor.. went to the front desk the guy said elevator is down.. told him I tried a different one he just said u can’t go there it’s a locked floor!! I said my room is on that floor? A lady came over said to use the other elevator and get off on the 3rd floor and take the stairs!!! Hmm, as I am in knee brace that was not what I wanted to hear!! Get up in the morning elevator is still not working no signs on the elevator in the 4th floor to say elevator is not working… so I walked down to the 3rd floor and used the elevator… when I checked out the morning staff was there I asked them to please go put a sight on the 4th floor to let people know it’s still not working.. he agreed… the bathroom has no fan.. the tap in the room to shower is so hard to pull up it leaks out the faucet so not great pressure in the shower… and I also let them know at the front desk to please take the beer box out from behind the tv for the next persons stay… as it was there when we checked in!

The rooms were clean and staff was fairly friendly. It wasn't the worst stay but definitely had alot

Check in and out was easy

I had my sons birthday party there, and all of the kids, including other children around that were not part of my party, all began coughing. It was as though the pool was over chlorinated and causing irritation in everyone's throats. I also don't agree that a balcony pool view room should be the same as a walk out pool room. I stayed in the walk out one last year for the same price as the balcony but its more inconvenient getting to the pool.

keep an eye on your credit card when working with them.

there was multiple charges to my credit card, and it took over a week to get my money back. I had to go back there and show them so they could fix the problem.
