Good breakfast and clean room. Staff were polite.
My only frustration was that the outside door that led to my rook upstairs did not open so when I wanted to go to my room from my vehicle I had to walk around to the main door to go in, instead of the door that was was closest to my room.
As well there was an ajoing room with a door in-between and when my neighbour was watching tv, i could hear it clearly through the door, so I am certain they could hear me as well. Luckily we both went to bed early and did not disturb each other, but it could be a problem

Everything was good. I was hopping to wash some of my clotheies but I was told that the card reader was not working on them to pay. But the person at the from desk told me there is a work order in place.

This is the only hotel I will stay at in saskatoon. Staff has always been wonderful. The renos are amazing as well!

I was told there was a shuttle and paid for tge service when I booked however when I arrived I was told they didnt offer the service..no refund!
