Staff was very nice . Rooms were clean . Food was ok . Enjoyable stay .

Size of room was just right . Beds were comfy . Good location .

Hair dryer was tricky . Had to smack it to get it to work . There may be a short unit . Hair conditioner was awful . The coffee maker was crappy .The bathroom fan is very noisy .. lights flickered . Think the fan should be changed or checked out at least.

Great hotel, very clean and nice. Staff are super friendly. Bring your own pillow.

The location is convenient for going to the arena or even downtown. The staff are excellent and the breakfast is very tasty.

The pillows were very uncomfortable but I shouldve just brought one so that's on me.

Disappointing

No batteries in TV remote . Notified front desk at 330pm when I got back from hand surgery at University hospital. Would of been nice to watch ballgame. Told the front desk said I would like my TV by 6pm. No luck. Went to Coop gas station to pick up2 double batteries for TV remote. Your welcome . Will not be staying at Heritage Inn in September.

Last room available in Saskatoon that night. 2 Saskatoon stars.

It was available.

Dated and not in a great location. Hallway from The Shining. Only things missing were the Grady twins and me on a big wheel.

never would suggest this hotel to anyone

It wasnt as clean as i expected. I also asked for a room close to the ground floor was put in 2 different rooms on 5th floor due to being dirty

Good stay with a good location.

Property was nice a clean. we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman , sure wish I took his name so I could thank him personally. He gave some great recommendations as to wear to eat. Good location and pretty close to some great spots.

morning staff were good but I was confused as to how their breakfast works. Breakfast was included in our stay , but was a very limited menu, even tough there seemed to be a longer menu with more options and a buffet that looked pretty good. I wish there was more clarity , or even that the options were better explained to us, morning staff didn’t really seem like they wanted to go into detail as to what our options were. otherwise, stay was pretty pleasant.

We were there to take someone to the airport early in the morning.

The consierge was very helpful, we were traveling with a young cat and he moved our room because it was next to a noisy dog. Very considerate.

It was terrible. We had food included but was so afraid to eat at the hotel we had to go to Dany's

Not one thing. The plugs actually worked thank you.

Long list. At least give your guests a clean room to start with. The bed his old, the room is old and even the towels are old you can see through them. The room as so many things worng with it. I would not use the hotel again. It is been run on less than a shoestring budget and the guests are the ones that feel it.

Superb

Beds were comfy, air conditioner worked great in very hot temps, front desk staff was friendly and personable. Restaurant on site had staffing issues but didn’t affect us.

it was clean and front counter staff very friendly and accommodating.

towels were very small and thin. the fridge didn’t work properly-it froze our milk.

the beds were very comfortable, enjoyed the fridge and microwave in the room. gentleman that checked us in was very friendly.

seemed to be homeless people hanging around the lobby and parking lot. our floors “ice and drink machine” room had neither despite the label on the door. there was a big ugly stain on the carpet on the 5th floor, looked like blood.

Good price for a good place

Comfy bed, nice staff, nice lobby

They called my room a ‘suite’ but it was very small, so a little bit of false advertising. I don’t mind having a small room but I was excited when they said a suite but disappointed when I walked in.

Front end staff could not find my reservation and after 7 hours on the road he was very hard to understand and check in took a long time
