Clean room, comfy bed, average room. Big hotel, good staff and great pool areas for the kids, but the screaming children in pool areas was a bit much

The room wasnt very clean, hide-a-bad was all stained, the hallway smelt like weed and the loud drunks all hrs of the day and night were terrible.

The beds were old and creaked when we moved in them…. My husband went down in the elevator and when coming back up to the room the elevator was covered in blood…The clientele was scary there intoxicated and fighting with each other…. Our fridge leaked on the floor somebody was supposed to come look at it and never did we ended up checking out at 200am and came home cutting our family trip short by 2 days… not especially fun as it was a trip for our son who has special needs and was excited for the trip

The rooms were not very clean as we found hair in the bathtub, on the toilet, in the sink, and in the bed on the sheets and pillows. The first room we checked into was a themed room and did not resemble the advertised photos. It was very dark, dirty, and stickers were coming off of the furniture. We phoned for a new room, was told no but when we went to front desk we were provided a new room - not sure what changed. There is charge for coffee and water in lobby when most hotels offer this complimentary. We did not feel safe as drug use and excessive alcohol use occurred in the parking lot for 2 full days.

The hotel is clean, we had no hot water in our room. The restaurant in the hotel added extra money to our bill and we’re very rude when I brought this to their attention telling me that’s just how it is! LOOK AT YOUR BILL. The pools are so busy it’s impossible to get into the hot tub. I booked last minute and all the other hotels were full. I will not stay at this hotel again.

The waterslides were probably the only good thing. Room was dirty, along with dirty bedding. It was difficult to sleep, doors being slammed both nights for hours. The buffet breakfast food was gross. Will likely not stay there again

All staff we meet were very friendly and helpful, room was clean and my 3 year old loved the theme room. Does need to be updated though in my opinion as you could see some of wallpaper was letting go other then that appears very clean. The pools were fun. Water slides were fun very busy. Also in slide area very loud which i figured one would expect in a small room filled to the max.

I appreciate the effort because theres a welcome letter, water and sweets when I enter the room but for what I remember I booked for pool view room.. I know the pool is under maintenance but atleast put me to the room I booked. Other than that I appreciate the effort from the manager and staff.

I didnt enjoy the fact our room had no hot water. Though front desk offered to change rooms, we assumed changing rooms probably wouldnt change to much and wasnt worth the effort after already unpacking. Other issue i encountered is the fact the hotel will not accept a koho mastercard. The only hotel iv come across so far that will not take it for room deposite. This also prevents me from being able to come back

Kids had a wonderful time in the pool and on the water slides, pool side rooms were perfect for what our family wanted! Beds were comfortable and our room was clean!

We checked in fairly late in the evening my spouse went to draw a bath and I was getting into bed when I noticed there was liquid stains all over the bed there was also pink smears on the sheet and a brown stain I then went and looked in the bathroom and was disgusted to see our bath was full of hair floating. Changed rooms the staff down graded us we got 2 crappy beds no jet tub and there was still stains on the beds and the chairs. I do not recommend staying here.

Travelodge is a go-to place for our family every after New Year especially they have the best water slides and spray park for kids. Unfortunately for this year, we did a 2-day stay in the hotel room 280 and at around 12:30 am, my son saw a mouse and ran back underneath the ac/heat unit..while the other kids were panicking, it showed up again and ran back. We informed the front desk staff Sahil which helped us to move to another room (267).The room given to us doesn't have a hide a bed which made it inconvenient for my son but we are okay with it as long as there is no mouse but when my son asked for an extra pillow and comforter, the lady on the front desk (she said her name is Robo) was so rude. There was no pillow or comforter given to my son and we can't get the ones he is using before in room 280 as we have surrendered the keycard for that room already. Just disappointed that one of the staffs treated my son that way let alone the mouse incident and transferring to another room at around 1:30am is quite an inconvenience.

Comfortable, friendly staff. We liked how they cleared pool appropriately for cleaning. Food great. Wonderful pizzas, grilled chees, chicken pasta Alfredo and chicken strips. Staff was very friendly and patient.

Our rooms we not all ready when we came to check in and it was affer the check in time. Hall floors werent the cleanest, ppl across the hall from us were being rude and knocking on all our room doors and being very loud at 1 in the am.

Staff were fantastic, friendly and provided excellent service. The water park is awesome, our kids loved it. Our room was clean and nicely updated.But unfortunately the neighborhood is terrible, lots of sketcty characters wandering around, as well the sketchy people staying in the hotel were selling stolen tools out of the backdoor next to our room, hassling myself and my family making my wife and kids very uncomfortable. The hotel needs to deal with stuff like this, I will not come back because of it.

It’s an older property so it’s getting run down but it’s nice to see they’re renovating and improving it. I would definitely stay there again as it’ll be better next time. Staff was extremely pleasant.
