Front desk people were great. Breakfast was great
The view from our room was into a dirty alley. We cant always have a great view.

The large room

View was terrible, not the hotels fault, just an industrial area.
Breakfast was ok, eating area was usually packed with people. Food was warm (not hot), hash browns were cold.

The staff were all very pleasant and did call immediately when they found my pillow left in the room. We had not gone too far on our journey, so were able to return and retrieve it.
The room was subpar for the cost. The breakfast, while free, was quite terrible. There was nothing hot to eat, only a toaster with bagels and some slices of bread. There were 2 kinds of cold cereal, corn flakes and raisin bran, and oatmeal in packages that one needed to put in hot water to eat. There were whole apples and oranges in a bowl and coffee that was not strong enough to defend itself.
