Good, BUT it could be a lot better!

The Casino is very nice and the venue to see the show was good and the live music was cool. Tim Hortons was serving hot food and great baked goods. Valet service was pretty good.

The first floor we went to and the room we had smelled so bad of smoke and the bathtub was dirty. They mentioned that it would be $200. Dollars if we smoked in the room..lol.. we don't even smoke, so we asked to move, they gave us an air cleaner for the night but it didn't work. We switched rooms to another floor and it was better, nice clean room this time. We tried to watch a movie $24.99!! And it kept having a large static bar come up several times during the movie, I mentioned it to the manager when checking out the next day and the younger Indian lady made a big deal about it and didn't even offer any type of discount or something for the unconvince. I told her that it was ok and just forget it, she obviously didn't have the proper customer service training. The concierge desk and the lady helping us with our bags was awesome and giving us advice about the property and its amenities helped us during our stay. The lack of room service was unexpected and the fact that we couldn't take a few beers to our room was not very good, the bartender said we could take beer to our room and we bought 4 beers then went to the elevator and were unexpectedly stopped and told we could but take beer to our room... wow over $350. Bucks a night and we can't have a drink in our room.?? We have a few more trips scheduled for this year to see a few shows there, but we probably won't be staying at the Hotel. The Doubletree down the street was very nice last time we stayed there so we will be looking at another property to stay at. But thank you.

Hospitality needs improvement

Rooms were large and well appointed

Service was poor, (very late check-in), valet check in was crabby, front desk staff watched my 85 yr old mother take 10 minutes to walk across the lobby with her stroller ( still had to cross the casino floor to get to room elevators), maid service knocked on the room door at 11 am for check out, wth? (checked in at 230 am), The concierge ignored wheelchair request, had to explain to front desk I couldn't get out of room by noon without one...

Great accommodation, staff needs regular training on customer service.

Room was clean and looked newly renovated

I travel to Windsor for work often. I stay at the Ceasers due to convenience of the location, however, I find that the staff at the desk are always less than happy to help out with many questions and find that they are less flexible if you have booked through a 3rd party website.

HORRIBLE

it was clean

staff are horrid. cold insensitive and rude . it isn’t worth all the hidden fees there are many hotels in Windsor that offer hot breakfast inclusive for a fraction of the cost. with better beds and pillows . everything is Dated at the resort . my neck is killing me as of today . they do NOT compensate for their short comings . WILL NEVER BE STAYING AT THIS RESORT AGAIN

Exceptional

The room was clean and spacious with a nice view of the Detroit River. Dinner reservations at Neros, excellent restaurant and friendly staff Food was delicious. Unfortunately no entertainment in the middle of the week when we stayed and luck wasn't with us at the slot machines, still an enjoyable stay.

Music at Cosmos only on weekends.

Hotel is ok, but nothing special

Rooms not cleaned unless requested, after 2 days you have no shampoo etc. Parking is very far away, reception on 2nd floor is not convenient (forces you through the gaming area going to the parking, or need to valet), carpet floors make it hard to carry luggage, no quick breakfast area (only waiter ordering), I had to pay for my bottle of water in the room, bathroom with separate hot and cold makes it impossible to get the temperature right water at first shot. Worst, the mattress was clearly soft on one side

nice for a 2 day getaway

Rooms were very nice & comfortable

check in was very slow stayed 2 nights but no room refresh in between so no coffee 2nd morning not enough food options in complex

Booking was put into my partner’s name at front desk. Even though i made the reservation, front desk had nothing with my name, only my partners name.
