There was a microwave and fridge. The basics were clean (bed, chairs, bathroom, etc) The staff (owner?) was friendly. There was a great restaurant across the street for breakfast (The Full Plate) It wasn't a fancy hotel, but I didn't expect that for the price.
The microwave and fridge were a bit dirty inside and the top of the cabinet that held them was very dirty (I couldn't see it, but my taller husband could)

No meal plan in booking. But the Staff gave water, milk and corn to microwave. I appreciate that. He helped me call a taxi in the morning.
I think everything was okay with me based on my reservation.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The staff person was exceptionally friendly, and told us if we needed anything like more towels, etc. to let him know. Netflix was included so we enjoyed watching a movie.

One bed for 4 people, we had to bring a cot, Construction made it harder to get into the property
