Breakfast was good!
Took way too long for shower to get hot
The front door was difficult to open the front desk was not personable definitely not customer service oriented.

Parking Great. Food good but a bit warm in main area. Location was great.
Shower in the room leaked. Main area was very warm but having water out was great! Room Thermostat not working. Bed lumpy.

This hotel is well set up for families and groups traveling together. Our group (2 adults, teenager) fit well in the suite, with some measure of privacy for all. Breakfast was great and easy to manage, although slightly crowded at times.
It's slightly chaotic and things got missed in the rush - some days, our room was not cleaned, we asked for bedding so the sofa bed could be used and it was not provided, when we finally got bedding, it was inadequate and we had to borrow from local family members.

Parking is horrible. Check in was not easy. Our room was super hot and lights were not working. They sent a maintenance guy to check things out. He found that the air vent was blocked off and fixed it. Changed a light bulb. And answered several questions about the hotel/services, etc. He was awesome! The made to order omelets were amazing.
See comment above. I ended up not being able to check in, until 730 or 8pm. After dragging all my stuff up to the 10th floor, I opened my room, no lights. No air. I was sweating. Trying to figure out what was going on, only made me more frustrated. I tried calling front desk. No answer. I called the actual number several times and no answer. I had to go back down to the front desk to ask why they dont answer the phones and why my room is so hot. Check in was a nightmare as i was sweating my *** off. Finally a maintenance guy came up and fixed it all. He even brought me a box fan. He was the real champ of this horrible check in experience.
