It was convenient for our day trip to Montréal
The bathroom was very very small.

I was what I expected from a 2 start motel. Availability was key and reservation were simple to make.
Don't expect something fancy but if you are just there to spend the night. It does just that.
The facilities were a bit small. I am a big guy (250+ lbs). Felt a little bit squeezed.

All of the above. Only problem was the location of the bed, therefore I moved it to bring it into the position suitable for watching TV.

The beds were clean, so were the bathrooms
There was a couple of fruit flies that made it challenging to eat, the shower had a bunch of black spot and was in a lamentable condition and I thought that the owner came across as a little rude and unprofessional.
