The beds were comfortable, and the temperature comfortable once we had figured out how to work the air conditioner/heat pump, lots of hot water and nice to have a tub as well as a shower with good water pressure
the stairs are treacherous for seniors IMO, there were no instructions for how to adjust the temperature in the room so our first nite was less comfortable than the second nite, we couldn't figure out how to work the tv

We had a very late checkin, the staff waited for us even though the office closes at 10PM. They even helped us with our wet clothes by collecting them immediately after checkin to take it to the laundry so that we can get it dried by next morning. The location is by the side of Trans Canada highway with all shops and gas stations available nearby which is big plus. They have a pool and also have BBQ facilities available
There is nothing that we didn't like. The bathroom exhaust fan was not working which seemed to be the only broken thing. Also the living room (we had a two bed suite with private kitchen) could have been more brighter.

Price was good in this day and age.
Something very tough for you to deal with and unfortunately the amount of homeless in the area upon arrival . The weather in the night of Aug 22 was one of the worst thunderstorms so the thought of homeless out in that torrential downpour and near that location was minimal. Altho j saw a young couple hide out under a staircase. I see you had security which was good because of that .
