Location and ease of check in
The sheets and bedding has gotten so cheap from the last time we stayed. Bed was not very comfortable.

It was convenient and close to everything.
If you sit at the end of the beds, they lift forward as if bed rails were loose. I also think that breakfast should have been included with the money I spent.

We recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Tallahassee Central for two nights during our annual trip to Tallahassee, and we had a wonderful experience!
We booked a room with two queen beds, including breakfast, and paid $324 for our two-night stay, which we felt was a great value. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The pool area was also very clean and enjoyable.
One thing that stood out was the breakfast. Unlike many hotels that offer pre-made buffet items, the breakfast here is cooked to order. Everything was freshly made, absolutely delicious, and served from a menu, giving it more of a restaurant experience.
There was a small confusion regarding breakfast vouchers at check-in. We weren’t informed that we needed vouchers from the front desk, so we ended up paying for breakfast out of pocket. However, the staff handled the situation professionally and quickly. They refunded our breakfast charges and even credited 5,000 Hilton Honors points to our account for the inconvenience.
We truly appreciate how the team went above and beyond to make things right. Excellent customer service makes all the difference, and because of that, we would happily stay here again on our annual trips to Tallahassee.

The property is under construction so. They are doing a lot of remodeling here.
Well the maid asked if I needed more things for the room and she was so nice. I told her yes we needed more towels and wash towels. We didn’t get any smh. Had to go downstairs to get some
$$$$
